坎城影展即將於今（17）日登場，諸多大明星遠到而來，現場也將匯集數千名來自世界各地的記者。而今年也適逢坎城70周年格外盛大，主辦單位怕成為恐怖分子的下手目標，也出奇招拿出「大花盆」護駕坎城節慶宮，美觀又不失防衛。
根據《每日郵報》報導，坎城影展將於今（17）日登場。有鑒於法國從2015年底一直處於國家緊急狀態，2015年11月的巴黎襲擊事件造成超過130人死亡，去年尼斯也曾發生恐怖分子駕駛卡車衝撞人行道。這次坎城主辦單位就拿出了400個巨大花盆擺設在主要人行道上，坎城著名大街Croisette也擺滿了巨型花盆，防止大型車輛衝入。
現場調派大量的警力、志工隊進行維護，並架設175碼的防衝撞針刺鏈，和將近550台的監控攝影機。據悉，許多大明星都將出席坎城影展，包括大導演朴贊郁、蘇菲亞柯波拉、阿莫多瓦、麥可漢內克；演員威爾史密斯、范冰冰、妮可基嫚、克莉絲汀鄧斯特都將蒞臨坎城。

財政部9日公布今（2017） 年2月全國賦稅收入實徵淨額680億元，較去年同月增加52億元，年增率8.3%；累計前2月實徵淨額2004億元，相較去年同期增44億元，年增率2.3%，占累計分配預算數94.7%及占全年預算數9.3%。
財政部統計處長蔡美娜說明，前2月稅收與往年水準接近，但證交稅是亮點。由於1月以來台股買氣旺，單就2月而言，日均量甚至可達1277億元，是2014年8月以來最大單月均量；而1至2月平均月均量為1067億元，也比去年952億元好，導致前2月證交稅收已有107億元，是近3年來最佳表現。
蔡美娜表示，2月稅收與去年同期相比，以綜合所得稅增加43億元、證券交易稅增加23億元、土地增值稅稅增加21億元、贈與稅增加11億元較多，但遺產稅減少37億元、貨物稅減少19億元。
她也指出，累計1至2月稅收與去年同期相比，綜合所得稅增加57億元、土地增值稅增加37億元、贈與稅增加10億元較多，但遺產稅減少38億元、貨物稅減少22億元、關稅減少15億元。
